09.01.2022 Last night I shared a black square. It was an act of solidarity, an act of support for BIPOC communities around the world. Pausing any of my own content as it’s not important in times of crisis. I am still learning, I am still listening, but I realise that this was not the right way to show my support. I recognise my privilege and I will continue to share on my stories, as I have the last few days, information, support, and voices that matter. We are somewhat removed from Ame...rica here in Australia, we can only watch in horror at the news. But Australia has a black history too, and it’s important that that is equally fought for. Because #fuckracism Slides shared from: @abcnews_au @viceau @thesugarbee @cbhoyo See more

03.01.2022 Wowza, I started this little business 6 years ago today - well technically I officially started trading from sept, but 6 years ago today I set up my social media accounts and email etc. So much has changed over the years as I’ve learnt and grown in my design aesthetic, my skill and my taste, but one thing that remains is my love of flowers. Here we are 5 months into a pandemic and I’ve only done 3 weddings all year, my studio literally smells like dead frog (not lying) and a...ll of my vases are dusty. But we have been busy renovating/rebuilding our house and I think that’s a pretty excellent achievement. 2020 has been a weird year all round, but despite my lack of posting flowers, I’m still here, still grinding away on emails and admin for upcoming weddings and looking to the future. 6th year of business is a quiet one, but I know our 7th will be epic AF. Slides are from some of my first ever weddings in 2015, and my first ever business card design (flatlay on my studio bench). See more
