02.01.2022 It’s been a challenging time and TWUSUPER understands the urgency for those waiting on their early release payments. We have received a large volume of COVID-19 early release applications and as a result are currently experiencing high call volumes. We have temporarily extended our helpline team to assist with calls however we understand that wait times may take longer than usual. We apologise for the wait and ask for your patience as we try to respond to calls as soon as we can. The vast majority of early release payments are processed within 5-10 working days. However some applications may take longer if we require additional information. Rest assured, our team is working hard to ensure your payments are processed ASAP.
