18.01.2022 Artwork by @rastyator Photo by @craftbeerhouse Medium roast by @micrologycoffeeroasters 7% Breakfast stout. Overwhelmingly coffee abundant and oated for a lusciously thicc body. Low bitterness matched up against a subtle sweetness left over by low-attenuating, English ale yeast.... Not recommended as a night cap, treat it like you would an espresso martini. Am I drinking a cold brew? Or an ale? I'm not sure, but please don't talk to me until I've finished it. Thanks.

13.01.2022 Hello world! We kicked off last night for takeaways through our online store. Our very own packaged brews and wood-fire pizzas available, but also now including on the menu: BBQ ribs, Calamari, Fish and chips as well as wings. We are open right now for lunch and our trading hours currently Fri, Sat and Sun 11.30-8.30. More trading hours and food options to come in due time.... 12.01.2022 "Bada Bing!" Meet our new sour, kettle soured over night, brewed thick for a smooth mouth feel to suit the cold season. Huge refreshing grapefruit notes but with a warming weight at 5.8% ABV, this is a very pretty drop with a long tart finish. Unfiltered as always, freshly tapped! Being our only keg, we suspect we won't have this for long at all but we'll definitely be scaling this up on the big brew system in the very near future. Unfortunately no keg/growler refills this round but we will update back when we finish our big batch

10.01.2022 We've updated our Winter menu! We're continuously playing with different ingredients and ways of cooking, so the menu will continue to change over the seasons. This allows us in the kitchen to learn and grow our abilities in our craft/career. We imagine a future where everything we source is grown onsite or very close to home and applying techniques both traditions-old, with the very new. Its never been more important to source locally and work creatively. On another note, now that things are starting to normalise, we've decided its time to reduce our takeaway menu to the woodfire pizzas only. Gabriel

Well done to Wendy Swannell for this piece, it was a pleasure having this add life and colour to this old shed of ours Have some pieces worth showing? We're completely commission free, just happy to showcase some local artists work. Send through some pictures of your pieces for review and we'll put up what we think works with the other pieces. Traditional styles brought back to life, as fresh as can be, and ready to sell! 4 packs for $12 each or a block of 16 for $45. ALSO: We are open from TONIGHT onwards all weekend Lunch and Dinner through our online ordering system! Item availability is only visible when were cooking to order, so it should be online now!

04.01.2022 New Winter dine in & take-away menu. Zesty, fresh and all made in house. We will continue to develop delicious foods and further our menu as time goes on. We will also be announcing our new opening hours as we work towards opening more hours in the current climate. Trading tonight, Saturday (Lunch and Dinner) and Sunday Lunch till late arvo.
