25.01.2022 We also have a new phone number: 0472 921 522, or contact us via [email protected].

23.01.2022 It's been a busy month, having had the amazing Rachel Thornton take the reins while I stepped out for a break and did some more training (Immaculate Dissection Core Concepts and Dissecting the Lower Extremity in Mackay). The big news is we are growing and adding value and choice for our clients! Tomorrow the talented Steph Capel is coming on board. Among her favourite things to treat include sporting injuries, headaches, neck pain, feet, gait & running issues as well as hip, knee and shoulder problems. Steph is also highly competent with dry needling. We're excited to announce as of tomorrow we're accepting new clients again. We remain committed to providing highly personalised and intelligent care for all our clients!

19.01.2022 I'm pleased to announce for the month of August there’s an opportunity for existing and new clients to access a new physio perspective! Rachel Thornton has over 19 years’ experience working in a wide range of musculoskeletal and Pilates physiotherapy settings, working with everyone from athletes, to everyday people. Rachel is going to be chief physio while I take a month off out of the office. This will give clients access to a highly skilled and experienced physio to help ...manage their movement and pain problems. Rachel has expertise assessing and treating hip, lumbopelvic, thoracic and cervical dysfunctions, using advanced manual skills, and individually tailored home exercise programs. Bookings can be made by ringing Fiona on 0437210803 or by following the Book Now link on this page.

18.01.2022 "That is unbelievable." Virtual Reality is being used to help rehabilitate people with spinal injuries and the results are exciting.

16.01.2022 Guess who’s back!! After building a new fan base with her skills during her stint last August, we’re pleased to announce Rachel Thornton is available over the next month. As an added bonus, we are also taking on new clients during this period. Feel free to book via the link or by calling Fi on 0437210803 during business hours.

14.01.2022 Have you ever tried deadlifting and/or squatting and despite doing everything right in terms of foot position it still didn't feel right? You might be surprised (relieved even?) to discover you may not be perfectly symmetrical or fit the 'norm' for hip angulation. Dean Somerset explains the concept of hip angle variance and how you may need to alter how you set up for your lifts based on your unique anatomy: http://robertsontrainingsystems.com//should-you-tweak-you/

14.01.2022 After an extended break from accepting new clients, I'm pleased to report I'm opening my books again! My focus is on improving your motor control (how efficiently your nervous system can move your body), so if you are having issues with a tricky ankle, sore jaw, dodgy shoulder or knee I might be able to help!

12.01.2022 I'm fortunate enough to have a few weeks out of the office again to do some extra anatomy training, improve the fishing skills and recover from a busy seven months. This is again thanks to the wonderful Rachel Thornton, who will be taking over control of 'physio business' from Mon 22nd July to Fri 16th August. In her past three month-long visits to Tamworth, Rachel has helped numerous clients with their musculoskeletal injuries and issues, drawing on over 20 years of experience. Although our books have been closed for the past six months, we are accepting new clients during this time, and you'll be welcome to stay as an ongoing client should you need follow up care.

09.01.2022 I spent a fair bit of time over the weekend talking with colleagues and medical friends and soon made the tough decision to stop doing face-to-face appointments until it is again safe to do so. This is to do my part in helping stop the spread of COVID-19 and help protect those around me, not limited to my family but also my awesome clients and their families. Despite taking all the precautions I think there's too many opportunities for contamination and transmission in the 'o...ne-on-one', hands on setting. So, I've cancelled all pending appointments and am thinking how we might be able to move forward past here. For some we can do an online session or something like that - it's evolving fast. If you've got any questions relating to your ongoing care or would like to discuss your physio related issues, still feel free to reach out and contact me, I'm happy to do what I can to keep looking after you as we move through these interesting times. Until we next catch up, take care of yourself and those around you. Best Regards Simon
