23.01.2022 Who wants good developed quads coming out of iso?.. Well I do! Here's a tough as nails Cyclist squat complex you can hit up at home with a heavy object or dumbbell and a platform of some kind for your heels! ... ... Even 6 inch ones can come in handy here! 6 sets with 1.00 rest between will sure as fire smoke the ol Quad Quads! Each set contains 5x 1/4 cyclist squats 5x full tempo cyclist squats (3-4 seconds down) 5x concentrated full cyclist squats Rest If you have no object and want to do body weight, try 12's or 15's of each with your own weight! Enjoy guys and gals!
