10.01.2022 Cancellation/No Show Policy If clients cancel within 24 hours prior to appointment or does not show up to their appointment a 50% surcharge of the appointment cost will be applied to next booking. If this has occurred more than once, the client will be charged full price of the appointment booked. Thanks, Tyla

This has occurred due to a number of online bookings made and clients not showing up to their booked appointment.
