24.01.2022 Ive been a little absent on my page the last couple of weeks. Due to the pandemic we are going through I think I have been using this time for personal reflection/self care and by not working or not working as much. It means I have not been having the interaction with clients/ members and not being able to teach my amazing classes (that I know youre all missing ) I havent wanted to share or post a workout video as I go through my own body and mind issues, having injurys... and telling myself Im not good enough (and its okay if you have days like this too we are HUMAN) But in this time Ive been able to self reflect on myself. * Ive started listening to pod cast that relate to me and to have a better mind. (Recommendation - The Mindful Kind by Rachel Kable) * Ive started to do self reflection and daily activities to keep a healthy mind. * Finding other ways to exercise without having equipment and going to the gym. * Being true to myself. Now I want to ask you: * What are some of the things you have been doing to self care? * What type of exercise have you been doing to keep you busy? * What goals have you been setting yourself?

So set google maps to sheedy road Virginia 5120 then turn left onto juniper boulevard and follow it down just past the early learning centre - look for the giant orange Virginia sign ! Today I trained with resistance band and body weight exercises and that Is not something I would normally do. For me staying positive and active is my way of dealing with everything that is happening. ... 19.01.2022 All I do is go to the gym and lift weights to become bigger and stronger, forgetting about my fitness. Now having to change up my routine while Im stuck at home and finding other ways I can keep strong and build muscle and not get lazy sitting on the couch. MetaFit is one way to do it. 17.01.2022 >>>>>> Warning long post <<<<<< sharing a little positive. feed back from one of our members here at St Clair. I have battled with weight issues since I was in my teens.... Last January I decided to join yet another gym as I had started to again gain weight. I walked into St Clair with alot of doubt in myself and in my abilities. I was greeted by Tyler, he was very welcoming and obviously passionate about what he does and convinced me to take advantage of a free PT session. I was pushed to my limits but after just one session, doubts were starting to be pushed aside and so started what has become a life changing journey. Tyler is genuinely passionate about assisting his clients through their journey, he is encouraging, supportive and has helped me develop a no excuses approach to my workouts. His friendly and outgoing personality helps bring you into the gym community and has made me feel more comfortable working out. When I started I was a size 20 - 22 weighing over 120kg and could barely get through 30 seconds on the cross trainer with no resistance. Now I am pushing 130kg+ on the leg press, can sprint and climb on the spin bike and have survived the assault bike on more than one occasion. My weight is now in the 90s and I have dropped 4 - 5 dress sizes. I have never kept a gym membership for more than 3 months, here I am over a year later and still showing up 5-6 days a week including my weekly PT session. I have quit smoking, quit drinking and my now have a healthy diet (still with the cheat meal) and I believe this is thanks to the support of Tyler. I highly recommend Tyler and St Clair for anyone wanting to start on their fitness/weight-loss journey.

10.01.2022 I just wanted to do a massive shoutout to @rachaelkable . I have been listening to her podcast for some time now and i could not recommend her enough. As a PT I do my best to set my clients on a positive journey to help them achieve there greatness. But sometimes I forget to listen to myself and my own advise. I was trying to find a new way to be more positive within myself to get to my own goals and make my own journey. This is were I found Raceal Kables podcast The MindFul... Kind. The podcasts are short, positive, kind and are helping me as a PT and in my everyday life with my partner. The Podcasts are my go to, to make me happy when Im feeling stressed or sad. Racheal is an inspiration and has helped me be a better person at home and a better PT. I have also just brought the mindful kind audio book and cant thank you enough. 05.01.2022 Here we go 1st round - 25 seconds on 10 seconds off. 2nd round - 2 exercise together with 20 seconds on each then 15 seconds rest after the set. ... 3rd round - block of 4 exercises together with 18 seconds on each then 20 seconds rest before the next 4 exercises start. 4th round - all exercises with 18 seconds on with 5 off just to get enough time to change to the next. Exercises: 1. Burpees 2. In out push-ups 3. Bear-crawl to Crab walk 4. squat to high knee 5. Side lunges 6. In out sprints 7. Reverse park 8.
