14.01.2022 To all our members, it is with heart felt sincere apologies that I have to inform everyone that as of the 29th of June we will be closing the Gym. This has been a very tough decision to make, but due to work, family and personal commitments I have found that I can no longer continue teaching and give my full commitment to my members so I have had to make this very tough choice. On behalf of my family I would like to thank all those that were apart of our Typhoon family in same way or another and we would like to thank you all and appreciated your support.

12.01.2022 Ok Guys as of next week Adults Muay Thai will be back Tuesdays and Thursdays same time same bat channel , and some of you will be happy to know that Morning sessions will be back Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays .... lets kick the start of winter in the Butt, so get up out of bed and get to the Gym...... yeow!

07.01.2022 Awesome results tonight, TK took the win with an unanimous points decision, And Paul won with a 2nd round TKO... both boxers did not only themselves proud but their families and the Typhoon Family......total respect!

03.01.2022 Hey Family, for those of you who had the privilege of knowing Maria Cook through boxing and training, I would like to take this opportunity to pass on our condolences to the family and express our deepest sympathy to all her loved ones, I will be attending the funeral on behalf of the Typhoon Family....... I will attach information for those of you that would also like to attend to pay their respects and share this time with the family.....
