24.01.2022 Bubble Nini Tea offers delicious bubble tea served from its beautiful stores that are filled with flowers. The owner Lara opened Bubble Ninis first store nearly 2 years ago, with the aim of serving fresher and healthier versions of bubble tea. Everything on the menu at Bubble Nini is made with fresh pearls without preservatives. A customer favorite is Honey Im Home; the gorgeous purple color comes from the combination of butterfly pea flower tea with fresh lemon and lim...e, aloe-vera jelly and chia seeds. When it comes to transporting your tea, Bubble Nini has a delightful solution thats environmentally friendly: a fluffy cup holder complete with rabbit ears! We chatted with Lara about how Tyro makes running her business easier. That Tyro integrates with her Point of Sale System POSPal has made things really simple for her staff to process payments: We press a button on our Point of Sale and it comes up straight away on the Tyro Machine. I dont have to worry about my staff making any errors. Lara also mentioned that the fast card payment processing times of Tyro really helped keep customers happy with swiftly moving queues: It also works really quickly, and that really makes a difference. When we have a lot of customers in store looking to buy their bubble tea and go, we need something thats fast and easy to use. Tyro just makes everything more convenient.
24.01.2022 Wholegreen Bakery is an award-winning gluten-free bakery based in Sydney's eastern suburbs. With business at their first venue going well, in March 2020 they took the plunge and opened a second venue in the Sydney CBD. Two weeks after opening, they had to close their doors due to COVID-19. Determined to overcome this setback, they launched online ordering via their website for pickup or delivery in April 2020. Tyro was able to assist them with this process by enabling their online payments.

21.01.2022 Good morning. Firstly we apologise for the disruption being caused. Together with our terminal supplier, Worldline, and Amtek, we continue to do everything possible to expedite the resolution process of collecting, repairing and returning terminals. We have provided a further update to impacted customers this morning about progress made on fixing locked terminals. We are collecting approximately 2,000 terminals a day for repair and return via the fastest possible delivery m...ethod. Based on the quantity of terminals being collected daily, and the time to return fixed terminals, we expect to have the majority of impacted customers back to normal operations by the end of this week, with the remainder operational over the course of the following week. Many customers have already dispatched their locked terminals and we expect the turnaround time, from terminal collection to return, to range between two and four days, with this timeframe being location dependent. We remain focused on finding a solution and would like to share an update on progress made today. We can confirm that the root cause is a configuration issue which has locked some of our terminals. Unfortunately, this issue cannot be resolved simply with a software update performed remotely. We have however developed a multi-pronged approach to resolve this issue for o...ur impacted customers and expect to be in a position to share a more detailed timeline tomorrow. Our solution includes a combination of : -collecting impacted terminals that will be fixed and redeployed; -sending technicians out to our customers to perform a quick manual update; and -sourcing new terminals which should arrive imminently.
