19.01.2022 Currently on holidays and this is where I'm training. Members here don't complain about how hot it is, not having the latest equipment or fight over machines. Pre workout is running 10km to get here. Some amazing physiques and guys who are so grateful to have this on their island. No excuses just get in and do what has to be done. I'm loving every workout and pushing harder than I ever have using some old school exercises I haven't done for over 10 years.
