04.01.2022 sorry to all, been a bit slack with the social posts. Back to basics . I have met alot of lovely people as of late due to start or part way though a renovation with BUDGET BLOWOUT. The 5 Ps ( old project management saying) Prior Planning Prevents Pisspoor Performance. As renovators, be informed, have everything in writing, ideally in contract and have your plans represent the full scope of works. Scope creap/ variations happen to all builds. Forward plan and make conconious decisions to spend or value engineer out. Its cant be done sucessfully part way through a build, 5 Ps are critical . Get intouch and I can show you how to avoid budget shock and scope creap. If i cant save you money I will refund my fees.
