25.01.2022 Training cancelled due to games at callander park see you all monday
25.01.2022 Training again this Friday If any parents would like to join in to have a mini game against the team for the second half of training due to no game this weekend ( about five of us should be be a decent game, closed in shoes) Also fingernails need to be checked a couple children have had decent scratches at training

18.01.2022 Hi All, There will be a game this Saturday !! Played at the Kangaroos field in Cairns -172-184 Irene st mooroobool. To make this possible we will need 4 parents to put their hands up to volunteer. If you are able to volunteer please give me a call on 0408185900. MUST know by Thursday afternoon at the latest to go ahead.... Draw will be out soon and I will put up on this page. If you have any questions please give me a call. Reminder to sign up to the App to make game days easier.
16.01.2022 EVA CHECK IN Check in to the grounds is compulsory for everyone and this will make it more easier. Most clubs will be using EVA Check-In at their grounds incl...uding ours. Please downloaded the app onto your smart phone (from your app store for free) WHAT TO DO ONCE YOU DOWNLOAD THE APP - Once you have installed the app on your phone, click on profile add in your details. then add profiles for all of your family members (this will speed up group check-ins) Where you see the unique QR Bar Code displayed on entry and exit points all you have to do is open the EVA app and scan the QR code select the profiles entering the grounds. (You will also have to confirm that you all have no flu like symptoms). Then when you leave the grounds, you will need click on check out for everyone. It’s that simple
15.01.2022 Trainings from now on will be monday’s And Fridays. Training starts at 5 both days, don’t forget water bottles The next game that I have been told so far is on the 22nd
14.01.2022 There has been a mistake in the draw and we don’t have a game this weekend. There is games in cairns next weekend that we can be apart of, but this is the first weekend of the holidays. I understand if families have plans. If your interested in your child playing let me know pizzas still on today

13.01.2022 Just a reminder that training will be this coming Monday, please enter through side gate between central school and army reserve. Everyone will need to sign in and Bring own water bottles. If we have ten or less players at training this Monday and next Monday, we may need to pull out due to needing at least 11 players to make a team with no bench to players which will be a shame but understandable due to situations we are all in at the moment

05.01.2022 Under 10’s training will start on Monday the 27th to give parents plenty of notice. I will try and get the keys for the side gate between the central school and army reserve base, so is easy to keep COVID 19 safe and will train at that field
05.01.2022 It is with great sadness that the Townsville & District JRL Executive have had to make hard the decision to cancel the 2020 Gorden Tallis Cup. With many uncertainties ahead, we feel the current regulations will not lift enough, to allow us to have the large capacity of people who usually attend this event. The best interest of the heath and safety of players, families, officials, spectators and volunteers is foremost, which all combined, has led us to this decision.... The Gorden Tallis Cup will be back bigger & better next year!
