I only do HIIT one day a week so I make it count, and keep myself accountable by doing it with a friend. The rest of the week I keep it tidy with a mix of Yoga, Pilates & Strength work. 01.01.2022 Everything around us is made up of energy, we are all vibrating on a frequency that can change at any given moment depending on who or what we come into contact with, and what choices we make. Ever noticed how you can walk into a room and it just has a low vibe? Like it feels like it’s sucked the energy out of you? Likewise, you can walk into someone’s home and just feel like you’ve had a big warm hug because you can feel the love. It’s all energy, it’s all frequency. ... Every choice we make from who we hang around with, what we watch, eat, read, drink, listen to it all affects how we feel, what frequency we vibrate at. Because like attracts like, when you are in a low vibe frequency you tend to attract and notice more of the negative things in your life and world around you (running late and seem to catch every red light? Feeling low and all you see are bad news stories?). But when things are good and your on a roll, it’s green lights everywhere! We have the power to change our state, shift from a low vibe frequency to a high vibe frequency to attract more of what we do want and less of what we don’t. Easy ways to raise your vibration? * Move your body, dance, run, yoga whatever get your energy going * Listen to your favourite song * Sit in gratitude (you can’t be grateful and hateful at the same time) * Do something for someone else, giving makes you feel good * Meditate These are just a few of my faves.
