21.01.2022 So once in a blue moon things happen beyond our control, late last year we installed a reasonable size stone top with all the Fancy Pants underslung sink and water fall ends. Due to no ones fault the top started to show a small hairline crack. Our client contacted us and informed us of the problem. As soon as we became aware of this, the top was changed without any fuss or cost (as it should be) to our client. This is what my client had to say about the warranty process.... Hi Mark and Rocky, Thank you very much for replacing the bench top under warranty yesterday. As always the installation guys were professional, quick, and clean. I wouldnt mind knowing how the cracks occurred if you ever find out. Thanks again. Much appreciated. Happy wife, happy life! Rest assure the issue with the top is a one off. As the top being is a natural stone product, sometimes the unexpected happens. It is times like these when I find myself quoting a reference made by a master craftsman to me when I was an apprentice. This issue at hand is not a problem. A problem is putting a man on the moon and not being able to bring him back to Earth. Now that is a problem.

14.01.2022 Hi team, so I am told by my kids that I need to be a bit more proactive on FB, so here we go with an update. We have improved our product once again to incorporate marine plywood front rails to all our base cabinets, big deal you may ask. Well if you speak to anyone who knows anything about cabinetmaking they will say that DCosta has rocks in his head supplying Marine Ply front rails, does he think he is building Noahs Ark? Well, we are not constructing the Ark, but I a...m passionate about supplying the folks of Perth with the strongest most durable, top end kitchens in the area.
