25.01.2022 PLEASE READ...ALL CLIENTS Due to new & updated guidelines from the NSW Government, our ‘New Normal’ until further advice will be as follows: - If you arrive at the salon and there is already ONE person in the reception area, we please ask that you patiently wait out the front until that person exits the clinic.... - No ‘Plus Ones’. While we love seeing and meeting your beautiful children/family we kindly ask for you not to bring them along, as our space is not big enough to accommodate for anyone but who have an appointment booked. If you do turn up with a family member or friend we will have to ask you to reschedule or for one of you to wait outside. Please show up by yourself - As we have already been doing, you will be required to sanitise your hands on arrival. Sanitiser is located on the front desk. - It is now ABSOLUTELY vital that every single client that enters the salon MUST check in & out using the QR which is located on the door as you enter. Once you have signed in please show a staff member. There is a massive government fine of $5000 if you fail to do so. - It is now mandatory that all clients wear a mask to their appointment. Your Mask can be removed for facials and any other treatments/services which require you to do so, but must be put back on immediately. A government fine of $200 will be issued to people who choose not to follow the Face Mask Rules. - If you are feeling unwell/have any cold or flu symptoms, been in contact with a positive/possibly positive case or have been to any COVID hot spots get in contact with us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask for you all to do the right thing and follow these rules!
