21.01.2022 Life on the East coast has begun!! For those not yet aware, in February I made the big move and packed up all my belongings in Alice Springs and moved them across the country to the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Big thank you to my parents who drove in convoy with me and together with a dear friend transported my boxes of mainly books and some clothes over here for me The plan here you ask? ... Well some of that will unravel and reveal itself over the next coming months as I start to build my little baby "Uber Wellness" again. As for me personally - a new start and chance for me to come out of my shell even more! 18.01.2022 Hello world from the bushlands of Buderim! Hope everyone is adapting to the new normal of ISO life and some restrictions slowly being lifted. What have you learnt about yourself during this time? I've learnt I'm more resilient I've ever given myself credit for, I can now work through my fears without having full blown anxiety attacks and can be flexible in my approach to my goals.... Most importantly, today I (re-)learnt that size descriptions of coffees change from cafe to cafe! Here's to a fun stimulating Tuesday!

01.01.2022 In February 2020 I will be leaving Alice Springs and testing out the salty waters and green hinterlands of the Sunshine Coast. There are limited SCIO Biofeedback appointments available in January. I will be taking a break from consulting for 2 months as I settle into new spaces.
