20.01.2022 Yesterday a little joey was rescued from her mum, not far from the General Store. An alert driver spotted an injured roo on the side of the road, struck by an earlier driver passing through. He had to help the mum move on before saving the baby. Unsure what to do, the member of the public brought the joey into the General Store, allowing us to use one of the free joey pouches available to tuck them in tight (up Stacey's shirt for extra warmth!). Thanks to WISH - Wildlife Inci...dent Safe Haven Inc. for coming once again to the rescue, taking 'The General' away for a vet assessment and hopefully giving them a shot. We have free joey puches in the Community section of our store. You're welcome to grab one to keep it in the car for situations just like this one. Fingers crossed for The General.

19.01.2022 Big news today...... the wheel barrow chairs will be back! Based on the information at hand we will be open from Wednesday for up to 10 sitting down in the Cafe, and up to 20 sitting out the front in the barrow chairs and at tables. You will need to bare with us, the restriction of 10 seated patrons per space will make this difficult to manage. That won't be easy but we will work out a system!... Busy day of preparation ahead tomorrow!
