The problem ACM wanted to reduce the number of touchpoints in the customer journey and incorporate new technology in their COVID-19 business recovery. ... The solution UbiPark provided app-based parking that integrated seamlessly with the existing ACM parking technology. The team are now able to efficiently manage multiple user groups & offer dedicated parking products for specific customers in the Southbank area. The Agile Parking solution also increases flexibility, helping customers share bays and maximise space. We didn’t really have any idea just how relevant the windows-up technology would be going forward The outcome Zero contact parking is now a key feature of the ACM patron experience. From the moment the patron enters the car park to enjoying a show, the entire customer journey has been streamlined & digitalised. The app also allows ACM to attract other app users to use their car park, generating new revenue that previously was parking elsewhere.

We are proud to announce that we have partnered with HIA to introduce a completely touchless way to park for passengers, taxis, buses & limousines. With flights due to begin again shortly, our solution provides flexibility in the way drivers access the car park, all with our seamless user experience. With thanks to Simon Tamlyn, Matt Cocker & the HIA team. The problem HIA needed to introduce a zero contact parking solution f...or multiple user groups, providing options & flexibility on how to book, pay & access the car park facilities. The solution UbiPark provided a full suite of parking solutions, including license plate recognition, web-based booking & our smartphone app. Each solution is integrated with the UbiPark platform providing a central place to manage all user groups. User groups include passengers (web-based booking, app-access), taxis (web-based booking), buses & limousines (register license plate online). The outcome A safe, seamless & hygienic way to access the car park facilities. Managing multiple user groups is now simple & automated. HIA also have access to a rich database of vehicle data & bookings which can be used to provide better service & new product offerings.

The solution UbiPark removed the manual processes and provided a digital account parking solution that provided the ability to automate multiple staff parking. The solution provides VCCC complete flexibility & control of their staff parking. "UbiAccounts was the flexible solution we needed for our staff. To manage multiple staff groups & payment options, this saved our business and our staff hours of productivity." The problem Resort entry is a critical first step in the customer experience when accessing the mountain. Purchasing an entry permit, parking confirm...ation & enforcement was time-consuming & manual. The solution UbiPark provided a digital permit solution that integrated with existing parking enforcement technology. The online booking platform streamlines the permit process, giving users control of when and how long they need a permit for, as well as marketing tools like discounted parking. The outcome The pains of parking has been removed and helped skiers get out onto the slopes doing what they love.
