25.01.2022 Come and visit The Upper Beaconsfield Fire Brigade at the Upper Beaconsfield Village Festival, this Sunday the 16th. Our volunteers have been working hard to bring you some incredible offerings, all to provide valuable fundraising for our brigade. And we even have the convenience of card and mobile payments to make your shopping easy! Aside from their Community Safety trailer, they will also have: Sausage sizzle and cold drinks. Our cake stall with delicious home made c...akes and slices. Perfect for filling up next weeks lunch boxes! Scrumptious home made jams & lemon butter, all made from locally grown fruits. And a special heirloom variety that is full of flavour. Always popular! Exclusive, hand made koala cushions. Available in a wide range of colours and designs. Too cute to pass up! Captain Koala will be visiting us as well, so bring the kids to meet him & take some photos. He loves a selfie! We have obtained limited stock of the Captain Koala plush toys. If you miss out, They can take your orders for April delivery. Upper Beaconsfield Fire Brigades history book, Gone To Blazes. A raffle for a beautiful home made quilt valued at over $300. 23.01.2022 Art Exhibition 2020

23.01.2022 "Did you know" The Upper Beaconsfield Village Festival began, after the devastating bush fires of Ash Wednesday. Upper Beac, as the township is affectionately referred to by locals, was left burnt and destroyed by the Ash Wednesday fires and from this tragic event, the Village Festival was then created to Celebrate Our Community. Come visit our wonderful community event tomorrow. Such wonderful volunteers and community groups.

22.01.2022 This year for the Tower Run we are having a sport singlet as shown. It is a breathable BIZCOOL fabric that wicks moisture from the skin, quick dry and allowst maximum airflow to maintain comfort in any situation. 20.01.2022 We all love our Boomerang Bag Community and appreciate all the hard work from the ladies here in Beaconsfield Upper. Make sure you visit the stall this year at the festival and buy your bags. They will be under the Centres Verandah. There are always lovely designs!!! Proceeds go to the Community Spirit Award giving a helping hand to Upper Beaconsfield residents in need. You can nominate someone going through a tough time at the stall outside the office. Bags are 4 for $10 or $3 each. Hand made by volunteers using recycled and donated items. Good for the planet, good for our Community.

15.01.2022 Some of our lovely market stalls will return for our February 16th festival. Enjoy a stroll with a cuppa or an ice cream and bring your baskets to fill with local produce and lovely wares. We will have lots of variety this year.

08.01.2022 Runners update: As you know, we have had a lot of rain the past day or so. The track for the fun run has been checked and we are fine to go tomorrow. There are obviously wet and muddy areas too. There are a few areas that have had some wash off and drainage. So just take it easy on those patches. There is no point in bringing in help to fix those areas as you need 2 days of dry weather. The weather tomorrow is perfect for the run. It is a bush track Trail running circuit and... just be aware of that. Good Luck and have fun. After the run you can make your way to the festival where we have a range of hot/cold food, egg and bacon rolls, market stalls etc. And of course the Tower run presentations at 10.30am.

01.01.2022 Wow! What a turn out!! One of our busiest days yet. Just a few photos of the wonderful day we had today at the Festival. A HUGE THANKYOU to the Upper Beaconsfield Rovers for sleeping overnight and setting up in the rain yesterday. To the @upperbeaconsfieldfirebrigade for marshalling the Tower Run. And to the wonderful volunteers that spend hours of their own time creating this event. But most importantly to the thousands of visitors and locals for coming to support this event so we can come together as a community to support our local artists, singers, our local CFA, CWA, SCOUTS and the MENS SHED as well as display local community non for profit groups and our wonderful sport clubs!!
