21.01.2022 Whether you are new to the gym or have been training for a while, incorporating strength training into your routine canbe daunting. Learn the basics and improve your confidence in the gym with the @uc.sport and@ucfitx Women's Introduction to Strength program. The program will run over four weeks and will teach participants basic lifting techniques and provide information on howto translate those exercises into the gym setting. The first session will start on the 10th of Se...ptember at 11am in the functional fitness studio. Bookings are essential and can be made through thein our bio. The program is FREE for@ucfitxmembers and $15 for non-members.
