04.01.2022 We've been informed of a problem with sediment in some of our milk bottles at the moment. This is caused by silt particles on the cow's teats prior to milking in this very wet weather. Despite the teats being scrubbed and the milk being filtered three times a small amount of silt is still getting through into the milk. However, be assured that the teats, (and silt) are being sanitised before milking and the milk is obviously being pasteurised according to industry regulations.... We are working with our equipment providers to try to get an even finer filter; we're also trying to graze the cows in less wet paddocks. However, once the wet weather ends this problem will go away very quickly. We apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused you. As always, if you are not happy with our products please return them to the retailer where they were purchased them for a refund and we will then credit the retailer themselves.
