06.01.2022 Awesome Combat class last night, everyone pushed hard with both the 11 station circuit and the 5 short sharp fast combos and finished off string with 3 minutes ...per person of 10-1 jab, cross, push ups.. I know how hard it is to train when it’s hot and especially if your already tired or fatigued bu I know everyone left feeling energised and better for training.
