24.01.2022 Hi everyone. Missed my boss today. She was off to an inservice to refresh her Visual Perception Screener qualifications. Many kids and adults too can be helped with the specially tinted glasses. She is off tomorrow as well but rest assured all packages were posted before she left.

09.01.2022 Top of the mornin' to you all this sunny Sunday. As it happens, I am getting a bit of a day of rest. Annie has two mischievous little darlings staying for a few days and we all thought it a good idea if I went off for a bit of a sabbatical. At the moment I am enjoying the view from the top of a precipitous cliff not far from home. It is a wonderful feeling - on top of the world without a care and definitely out of harm's way. It will be business as usual on Monday but I have just been made aware that Annie has sneakily posted the picture of a new pendant - made last night when the kids were asleep. 08.01.2022 Necklace Lengths. This photo I posted here a few years ago and I thought it would be nice to bring it back. However this time I'll show you a quick mathematica...l way to work out how many beads you will need to complete your necklace. 1. Pick your necklace length in cm. EG 45.7cm (Princess Length) 2. Pick the size of the bead you are using. EG 6mm Crystals 3. Divide the Length by the Bead Size. EG 45.7cm / 0.6cm 4. Equals the number of beads needed. EG 76! Remember that the necklace length is in centimetres and the beads in millimeters. Hence we divide by 0.6cm instead of 6mm (for those non metric people, there are 10mm in a centimetre and 25.4mm in an inch). Just keep in mind this is an approximation so always add a few spare beads (for those that the vacuum cleaner eats). Happy Beading! #WireWorking #NecklaceLengths #HowManyBeads

08.01.2022 Annie has been working on commissions and repairs for the last couple of days. Not much for me to do so I am just chilling, doing rabbit things - looking for lettuce, snuffling sniffles and scratching itches. Passes the time. Loving my job.

You sure can't choose your family but you know - they are impossibly cute and I can let you into a secret - I really love them to bits but don't tell them that - it will only encourage them :P
