10.01.2022 We all love pancakes ! Enjoy this fun, easy and delicious recipe at home. Create rainbow pancakes by adding nutrient rich ingredients. Weve used raspberries, blueberries and turmeric. You can thank us later when your kids actually eat their healthy breakfast. Makes 6-8 small pancakes Ingredients:... 3 scoops Uganic stage 3 toddler milk in 120ml of water, 1 egg 1 -1 1/2 cup self raising flour 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt 1 tsp vanilla essence A handful fruit/veg of choice for color (berries, spinach, turmeric and carrot, beetroot) Method: 1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, until all ingredients are well mixed. If making multiple colours, separate the base mixture in even portions and add the colouring ingredient. 2. Fill a ladle half full with batter and slowly pour it on non-stick pan. Repeat, leaving plenty of space between pancakes for easy flipping. When pancakes are filled with small bubbles, gently slide a spatula under the pancake and flip. 3. Cook for another 30 to 45 seconds and use spatula to lift off the non- stick pan. 4. Serve the pancakes with your choice of toppings. Enjoy! See more
