Between COVID-19 restrictions, delayed post, several public holidays and that little time consuming thing we do here by hand (making all of your UGGs to order ), things are running a little slower than usual but as they say, good things come to those who wait. We promise theyll be worth it.

25.01.2022 Swipe across to see an example of why it is SO important to check the sew-in label to see where your UGG boots are made. The first image (grey sheepskin) is the inside of our UGG boots - which clearly show that they were made in Australia. The second image (black sheepskin) is in the inside of another brand's UGG boots available in Australia, showing the boots were Made in China. Swipe again, and you'll see the same brand using an Australian flag label, in their Made in China UGG boots. If you want to buy the real deal this winter, make sure your boots say MADE IN AUSTRALIA. If there is no tag, or no information on the product listing, chances are they were not made in Australia. 21.01.2022 We shared this article a few weeks ago, but weve heard from a lot of confused customers this month, so we thought wed post it again. If you have UGG boots at home with a white sew in label that says Made in China/Vietnam/Phillipines etc, these are NOT our boots. Please look for UGG Since 1974 - our boots are easily distinguishable by the reference to UGG Since 1974 on our logo at the back of your boots, and a white sew in label which reads UGG Since 1974, and MADE IN AUSTRALIA. Thanks to everyone who continues to help us get the word out there!

12.01.2022 Opening hours update: We have now re-opened our Sydney store at 104 George Street, The Rocks from 10am to 6pm daily. Our Miami store at 23 Christine Avenue on the Gold Coast remains open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 4pm Sunday. Both stores have implemented social distancing procedures, so please help us to keep our stores open by following the directions of our staff and hand sanitising upon entry. If you do need to line up, we are working as quickly as possible to minimise wait times and we very much appreciate your patience and support.
