12.01.2022 Upper Hunter Team Penning has completed another year of Team Penning instruction at our local zone 7 Pony Club camp. Another successful year, we sure did see some great little riders out in the arena today. Thank you to our club representative instructors who attended the day, Kristy, M’Liss and Brenden.

08.01.2022 Upper Hunter Team Penning are excited to announce that WE HAVE A HOME GROUND During 2020 the Committee have worked hard to secure a home ground for Upper Hunter Team Penning. St Andrew’s Reserve was the choice of home grounds for many reasons. ... 1. Facilities 2. Overall shade 3. Outstanding cattle yards 4. Endless opportunities for improvements 5. Location Between now and the commencement of the 2021 season we will be putting a shed on the grounds that will be used to store all of our equipment, this will make for a much easier job in setting up and packing away at each event. We are also hopeful that our stadium lights will be fitted and ready to go for our March event, keeping in mind this is a big job so we may be waiting a little longer for this. We are sharing the grounds as a permanent user group with Aberdeen Pony Club and Aberdeen Campdraft. A big thank you to both clubs for accepting our proposal and allowing us to join the team. After sitting a meeting with Council, pony club and campdraft we have a wish list of improvements that we all as a team will be working towards. We are looking forward to our first event on our home grounds and truely believe that this decision is of one that will see our club moving forward. BRING ON 2021, endless opportunities and a lighter workload for us all.
