14.01.2022 Hi Everyone, I hope you are all well and enjoying the weekend! We have taken a decision to hold off GIRLS NIGHT OUT! until later in the year when things somewhat settle down again. However, we are now permitted to have a limited LIVE audience at Ukes n more, so to make sure we stay within Victorian & Grovedale Neighbourhood Centre requirements we are limiting the audience size to 25 people (plus presenters). (This is deliberately more stringent than the State requirement...s..) There will be no Beginners session this week - We will pick that up again early in Term 3! In addition, we will livestream the night so that no-one misses out. In order be part of the live audience you need to book by sending your name and telephone number to [email protected]. We’ll be accepting the first 25 names registered. So go to it - be first to register! You can book for upto 3 people, but you must list each individual name and number Please note that if you do make a booking, everyone in attendance at the Grovedale Neighbourhood House is required to use the provided QR code to enter the hall, and to wear a face mask, unless they have a valid reason not to. For those of you who would prefer to join via the livestream here is the link: https://youtu.be/96BO34TLexU I do hope you can join us - either live at Grovedale Neighbourhood House, or via the livestream! Stay safe and keep playing uke! Ross

11.01.2022 "GIRLS NIGHT OUT!" is being held off until when things settle down in Term 3. Watch out for details of our last meeting for Term 2 - Livestream + Live Audience capped at 25! Watch for details later today..

11.01.2022 Hi Everyone! Unfortunately the Grovedale Neighbourhood House will remain closed this week so it is not possible to meet on Wednesday. All we can do is play uke, stay home & SWAY! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6f93h66TZf8

05.01.2022 Hi Ukes 'n' more! I hope you are having a relaxing weekend! Unfortunately we are not able to meet this week for Ukes'n'more, due to the requirement of having groups no larger than 10. I am hopeful that this restriction will be reviewed this week, which would mean we can still meet on the 23rd June for our "Girls Night Out" end-of-term spectacular.... There will be no Beginners class this week - we'll also look at that after this week's announcements. On the positive side Ian, Vicki and myself will broadcast a livestream on Wednesday 16th from 7:30pm, probably via YouTube. The link to the Livestream will be available from the Ukes'n'more Facebook page, or the Ukes'n'more web page by Tuesday eveniing. In the interests of Covid safety and keeping it fairly simple we will not have anyone monitoring comments so we will just present a playlist of our favourite Ukes'n'more songs. I do hope you can join us for the livestream! I also hope to see you live on the 23rd for the Girls Night Out - but i'll confirm that once we hear this week's change to Covid requirements. Stay Safe! Ross
