22.01.2022 The Community Resource Centre is running a FREE school holiday program for children in bushfire affected areas. Activities include African drumming lessons, games and nature craft. To book a spot call 4455 0477

19.01.2022 Matt and Alarna Ord were presented a quilt for their eldest son after they lost the original quilt made by Matt's teaching colleagues at UHS in the 2019/20 NYE bushfires. The staff were able to recreate a very close copy of the original quilt given to the Ord Family in 2017. It was wonderful to be able to give the family a little piece of their life before the fires back to them. We would like to give a special mention and thank you to Daneen Horsfall from Yatta Quilt Studio who generously donated her time and skills to quilt the gift
