25.01.2022 Dexter our beautiful therapy dog working hard between pats and cuddles with patients

23.01.2022 COVID-19 Update To our dear clients and friends, The current pandemic of the SARS-CoV-2 virus causing Covid-19 has created a very serious situation for the health of the Ulladulla Podiatry team as well as our community; you, our clients, your family, friends, colleagues and neighbours.... Ulladulla Podiatry is a health service and remains open. However, we have a duty of care to our team and we all, as a community, have a duty to prevent the rapid spread of this disease. Some people may be dismissive of the seriousness of this pandemic. Note, it takes several days for symptoms to occur. If testing is available or permitted, results currently can take up to 10 days to come through. This means that it is likely that the number of cases are underestimated and the number of infected patients is climbing exponentially. Therefore, Ulladulla Podiatry has adopted the following measures to protect our team, our patients and our community: If you have an appointment with us, and: You have been overseas within the last 14 days; and/or You’re experiencing any respiratory symptoms including hay-fever; and/or You are on sick leave for any reason or in self-isolation because of close association or contact with a suspected or confirmed case; Please do NOT enter the clinic. Please phone us and we will reschedule your appointment for a safer time. If you have arrived from overseas after 15th March, please follow Government advice and self-isolate. If you come to Ulladulla Podiatry during this time, it is not only illegal, but it also compromises our ability to keep caring for our patients. We will be required to call the Department of Health and the police, and we may be required to close the business. In line with social distancing recommendations: We are trying to keep waiting times to a minimum; We have re-arranged our waiting areas to keep people more than 2 metres apart while waiting. Please stay behind the line on the floor in front of the reception desk to minimise contact with reception staff. We ask that you please help us minimise the spread of this disease Using contactless payment methods where possible. We are working hard to ensure that we can continue to provide complete Podiatric footcare without compromising our health or your health. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. As this situation continues to evolve, we will provide updates as required. Our thoughts and best wishes go out to everyone at this time. Stay safe, Keith and Nicole Purvis
