23.01.2022 I always try to lead by example and don't expect our students to do anything that we are not willing to do ourselves. We have a fitness and written test from Re...d Belt and above. I only needed 65% pass for my age and 75% for 15 to 45yrs. 23.01.2022 We finished our year off with a small but interesting testing. Out of Five students that tested we had 1 start their colour belt journey, 1 reach half way and 1 finish the colour belt testings . Congratulation to everyone on their promotions you all done extremely well and should be proud of yourselves . 23.01.2022 Awesome class last night . Mr P (Adam) took the general class though some sparring drills and concepts. I started pretesting students for our upcoming testing. I walked away last night on a such a high and a big smile on my face as I watched all of our students from our young ones through to our adults perform all their syllabus with determination and dedication

21.01.2022 The weather wasn't the best but we had some dedicated students turn up for our final training and awards at the beach bright and early this morning. We all so unveiled our new club shirts with every one that turned up receiving as a gift from us. Lots of fun and smiles all round as all ways with this crew. Mr Trevor McIntyre successfully promoted to 6th degree Mr Shannon Purser successfully promoted to 5th degree Mr Carlo Giampietro successfully promoted to 5th degree The grading was well supported by members of the National Association and their families. 18.01.2022 Great testing last night by everyone, very solid across all grades. It was a very special testing with Avi sitting for her Black Belt, awesome effort after smashing her fitness and written test the week before, she went on to execute a very high level testing. Its been a pleasure for us to watch Avi change from a shy and quite young girl into a confident and strong young lady. We also had two other young ladies , Holly grading to Red and Molly grading to Blue demonstrate their toughness and ability last night as well. As always a big thank you to my young crew of Black Belts, Ad, Caitlyn, Hayden, Riley, with Red belt Lilly helping out on the night. Well Done Ultimate, proud of you all :)

09.01.2022 Hi all. With the announcement last night from the Government that all indoor sports are to stop. We have to postpone our classes until further notice . We had a lot testing this week and some going to Black Belt in the coming months, keep training, go through all your syllabus weekly and stay on top of your training as we will hold our testing as soon as we are able to resume . 09.01.2022 IIC online for any black belt & 3rd degree to 4th degree requirement for grading. ITF technical seminar IIC online is coming this year. For those that require IIC for grading this is a must do seminar. It will be an early morning start for us down under in Australia 2am-6am is 1-5pm UTC guarantee it will be worthwhile setting the alarm & planning your night shift for this event.
