24.01.2022 BEFORE... AND AFTER Our client had a small area and a few special requests. She wanted height to create the illusion of more space, a wood fireplace, and for the build to be pool compliant, to accommodate the existing lap pool ... What we did: We used an insulated roofing panel which is able to be 'flued' through unlike most other roofing materials (a must for any working fireplace). We also worked in an electrical plan with LEDs and a fan, so the space can be used both day and night. The result: The client loved it! This area now completes her townhouse with a lap pool for summer and a fireplace for winter. This is an alfresco for every season. Success!

23.01.2022 BEFORE AND AFTER Our client was renovating a heritage Victorian house with a really modern edge. They wanted sharp lines, a contemporary look and also the flexibility to allow winter light in and control the weather impact in the space. What we did: We installed multiple banks of louvres to file the areas required. We used two Colourbond colours (Monument and Surfmist) to reflect the colour of the extension, and to also create even more of a feature out of the louvres.... Result: A spectacular architectural result to complement a gorgeous house. The clean lines that the louvres provide create shadows and interest in an otherwise simple space. Nailed it!

21.01.2022 BEFORE... AND AFTER Our client had just purchased a beautiful period home in central Albury and wanted to put their own spin on it. They were doing some renovations inside prior to making the move, but also wanted to create some additional car accommodation. We extended the existing structure with insulated panel roofing. We matched the bricks, feature colours, and kept the design simple in order to not detract from the features of the heritage home. ... Our challenge was to adhere to council regulations, but also keep the look as seamless as possible with the existing property. The result: A very practical space that keeps the design integrity of their home and doesn’t detract from the beauty of the residence.

20.01.2022 BEFORE AND AFTER Our client had a large space between two buildings at the front of their rural property that they wished was undercover. They wanted to use this as extra car accommodation, but also be an overflow for outdoor entertaining. What we did: We used the different heights of the structure that we were attaching to create a flyover style covered area. Insulated panels were used not only for their aesthetic but they allow for great spans in areas like this with min...imal structure. Result: The client was left with an amazing space that kept the area feeling large and light. It gives great weather protection between the spaces and allows for full undercover walkways between the house and outbuildings. A complex build with a great result!

Our client has a lovely north facing yard and an existing pergola which is a great size, but constructed with an old material that traps in the heat in summer, dims the natural light into the house and was built quite low so it feels smaller than it actually is. What we did: By upgrading the whole structure to a louvered system, you can see the impact immediately. It feels lighter, bigger, brighter and also offers the flexibility to control the na...tural light into the main living areas of the house. 13.01.2022 Before... and after! Our client had an existing under roof alfresco area that was too small for their needs. We extender their undercover area seamlessly by using insulated panels to keep the space as comfortable as possible. The new alfresco was finished off with a fireplace, plus a slat screen and blinds to retain the warmth in Winter, and bugs out in Summer. By extending the tiling between the two areas we made the space not only look integrated but much larger as a r...esult. The result? 08.01.2022 BETHANGA CHARM Our client wanted to modernise the façade of their house, wrapping a structure around their farm property with some architectural features. The side of the house faces the pool, so the owners wanted a combination of fixed roof and louvered roof for entertaining flexibility, and a space to take in their amazing views. What we did: We used powder coated steel posts and powder coated aluminium beams to create spaces that ticked all the boxes. We used ins...ulated panels, incorporated lighting and louvered spaces to give the client exactly what they wanted. Result: A striking design that really looks at home in the space. 06.01.2022 Before... and After! Our client was doing a full reno and wanted to bring the outside of his house up to date. Considerations included a gorgeous ornamental grape vine that he wanted to preserve and a need to maximise the natural light into the house, keeping the area bright. We used a combination of aluminium open arbour and multiple louvre banks to achieve the final design. Flexibility of space and able to operate individually to allow for full control of coverage.... The result? Our client is wrapped with the result and looking forward to training the vine on the new structure!
