Cancellations and reschedules are occasionally necessary we totally understand this and ask to notified 48 hours in advance so that we can offer the appointment to other clients. Cancellations received within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of your original booking and 100% fee if you do not show for your appointment. New client appointments will require a deposit at the time of booking and are forfeited/non refundable in the case of cancellation within 48 hours.
