On Saturday 5 December at our Warringah Mall gym, we are hosting a charity self-defence workshop for women. All ticket sales are going to Gotcha4Life a local organisation that aims to increase mental health awareness and reduce suicide rates. Tickets are $25 plus booking fee. That’s why I’m very grateful to all these warriors on the wall, that have helped make what we have here so special for all of us. Their friendship and support is overwhelming, and we would not have the quality of instruction with the facilities that we enjoy today, if it wasn’t for these men on the wall. They are family, and our children are now growing up together on the mats. The memories we’ve made and the years we’ve spent together, make me so proud and I look forward to passing on our knowledge and experience to the next generation. See you on the mats
