This glass type works well with very dark colour selections or if you are after a light mint tone. Alternatively, starphire glass is more optically clear and is best suited to light colour selections. One is not inferior to the otherthe glass type you select will depend on your colour selection.

21.01.2022 Our latest Tilefx glass splashback installed in Brookfield today. Our client selected the subway design with white for the tile colour and a light grey for the grout lines. Our client loves the fact that the surface is flat and therefore easy to clean! Swipe to check out the before pic. We installed the Tilefx glass splashback directly over our client’s existing red splashback. What a difference the new splashback created transforming the kitchen from a dark space to a light and bright one!

This herringbone pattern was installed in our client’s laundry. They selected a metallic charcoal colour for both the tile and lines creating a subtle effect across the glass.

We have been contacted numerous times this week by clients who have had the "wrong coloured" glass splashback installed by another company. However, the colour is never the issue. It is actually the glass type provided by that supplier who unfortunately never informed the client of the impact of different glass types on the final colour. Customers can select from clear glass which has a high content of iron and is t...herefore slightly green in colour.
