21.01.2022 What a stunning weather we have this weekend in Melbourne. It’s time to put spring/summer clothes away - I don’t think we need summer dresses anymore. It’s a great time to declutter your wardrobe!! ... Remember knowing what you have reduces impulse buying similar to what you already have. I recommend to wash all white clothes with Napisan again - this avoids to ruin them with yellow stain from sweating while you wearing. 16.01.2022 Often you think which method works better. I tried a gas cooktop - one side with bar keepers friend and other side with bicarb soda & vinegar. 1. Make it to a paste 2. Leave it for 5 minutes 3. Scrubbed with sponge ... Result was the same. Just amazing you CAN clean with something you have in a pantry - very economical as well. Remember to clean (or just wipe off grease) every time you cook saves a lot time at the end.

I made my son’s room more self efficient space so HE can pack up, put clothes away and keep tidy. ... Tips for organising Go through all drawers, cabinets, shelves I found Clothes no longer fit Toys no longer play Books he grew up You can give away to someone or donate or sell at market (we have to wait for a while to do this ). If anything has sentimental values I normally put them in a box and move to a storage room. Storage solutions It’s important that you make everything visual. This helps to minimise time to look for things or put it away. Use clear containers to keep your regular items so that you know how much they are left and not to double up - Kmart has variety of sizes of these glass containers (they are amazing price)... 2. Use basket with handles or pullout with organiser to be able to reach at back - I love Howards Storage ranges 3. Choose the best containers to keep veg & fruit longer to suit your items - my latest favourite is White Magic Stay Fresh Mat (it allows air to circulate to keep fresher for longer) 4. Categorise shelf and containers For example - cheeses, ham & salami and eggs - yogurt, butter, jam - veg & fruit - left over Happy organising!

I always ask a client what they want to achieve and how they want to manage a space. ... You would be shocked how much stuff you accumulated once you put everything out.
