19.01.2022 Great question....we a wonderfully made up of over 50 trillion cells ...wow....our overall health is created by these cells.... therefore healthy cells equals a healthy us. Try to catch yourself and bring awareness when you see and feel this happening... take a few seconds to say a mantra that resonates with you... for me I often use I have all the time I need, take 10 slow deep breaths to bring yourself into rest and restore mode vs fight/flight. Will this food give me energy or make me feel sluggish? Can I challenge you to bring awareness to how you feel after you eat....
