20.01.2022 Well done and Happy Birthday to Christina on her amazing reaults today during her training! Today Christina worked her way from the smaller weights to a new PB of a 25kg Deadlift on the barbell. This was her first time on the bar and made it look easy! Its amazing to think it's only taken a few weeks..imagine what a few more will bring. It to me shows that giving yourself the time/dedication to improve yourself really is possible step by step as the weight line up suggests.... Well done and Happy Birthday Christina!

19.01.2022 My go to muesli bar. Not everything is perfect but these have nice blend of oats, grains, fibres, seeds, natural sugars and fats. It can sometimes be the small things that make a big difference. I love snacking on muesli bars, using them as training prep and recovery sometimes even during training on those long sessions. Very versatile!

16.01.2022 The fitness Industry is gross. Crap like this is a thing..how? It just amazes me how people will actually invent this junk. This must be one of the dumbest inventions that I've seen. The worst part..dumb sells because dumb is easy and dumb is the "results now" pill that won't actually work. Not that the seller cares because he has his money, ready to invest in the next dumb invention to rip people off again and earn even more. ... Its sad really.

10.01.2022 It was an amazing moment this morning when Louise Bench Pressed 35kg then moved to 40kg for 10 reps. A month ago 20kg for 6 reps was a mammoth task! Proud coach moment for sure. A lot of progress in only a month and a lot of strength for an over 50! It's always amazing to see members strive, sometimes through all the modern measures it's nice just to FEEL the progress yourself. Feel yourself get stronger, feel lighter on your feet, feel fitter, feel more confident! That smile and sudden 'I can't believe I just did that' moment a client has is the best reward that tops all else! Nice work Louise!

03.01.2022 Hip Thrust with mini band to maximize strength/power of the glutes and posterior chain. Such a great exercise. Currently I'm working through some major injuries I picked up after a heavy crash late last year, it means high loaded compound movements like Squat and Deadlift are out and direct or stable exercises like leg press are in. Although this is a lighter load my crash damaged my neural ability to fire my left glutes into extension after it altered my pelvic position..p...rogress is progress! #training #gym #coach #bootygains #strong

02.01.2022 Watch the video, take the message from it that means the most to you. This is bang on. Try and use freedom as a metaphor of fat loss/progress/your ideal freedom. I see so many people struggle with this. It's a major point I try to teach when working with clients. Your mind IS your controller. Your habits form your body. Your lifestyle forms habits. 02.01.2022 Congratulations to Christina on her fantastic results! In only one week Christina has lost 1kg of body fat, a total of 0.6kg loss by the scale, increased her lean muscle mass, metabolism, strength and safe loading principles! Wow! Great effort Christina!
