Simon will provide insight on his approach to failed ingrown toenail procedures and diagnostic considerations in atypical nail pathology. Simon will also discuss considerations on the medical history and medication manage...ment of patients undergoing nail surgery. By attending this lecture, you will gain more confidence in the management of ingrown toenails and their complications, and enhance your diagnostic approach to more exotic causes of toenail pain. Following Simon's presentation is a discussion on Career Opportunities in Podiatric Surgery. Podiatric Surgeon and ACPS Education Chair A/Prof Mark Gilheany will discuss the ACPS Basic Surgical Skills Education and Training Course.
