25.01.2022 Well it seems to be a wet miserable day today so lets throw back to 2018 at round 3 at Eastern Creek where it was also a wet but maybe not so miserable weekend. Our teams were plagued with minimal traction from rain almost all weekend which turned the ground into a slop fest, spreading slippery mud all over the courses! Heres an absolutely awesome pic of MRG Motorsports showing us their massive amounts of steering lock whilst dropping down through a gate on the Tough Dog Su...spension mountain! But also because its such rainy Saturday, lets brighten the day a bit and see your funny captions or what you reckon our commentator Benji is saying here?? 23.01.2022 Ultimate Rock Sports - Rock Farm Challenge 2019 Proudly brought to you by Racetech Steel and the Brindabella Ranges 4WD Club. Just a few items re the event so please bare in mind if you are coming along for the weekend. The Rock Farm tracks will be unavailable over the weekend. Only camping and event site will be open to patrons. If anyone uses the park tracks etc they will be asked to leave the park immediately.... No Fires as total fire ban No Pets, chainsaws, glass, firearms or fireworks permitted. No fresh water available on site, so please bring your own. Bottles, cans, cigarette butts, bottle tops, foil and plastics are not to be burnt in fires. Please take all your rubbish away with you. Any abusive or drunken behavior from any spectators will result in removal from the event No drink driving permitted Only Driving to and from event site is permitted. Children must be supervised at all times. Wrist bands must be worn at all times Noise curfew from 10pm on wards Anyone that breaks the event park rules will be removed from the park any shall forfeit any monies paid. By gaining access to the event you are agreeing to abide by the above rules.

21.01.2022 Our next partners in crime are Steve and max. This super neat hilux and strange looking black buggy will be known as Team Neverhope, as the pair take on the URSRockfarm challenge. Steve from No Hope Racing has been competing in his murdered out single seater buggy for a few years now, and is starting to really get the feel for the vehicle and get it reliable. Max from Team Nevalift is still new to the scene after a recent purchase of a pretty iconic hilux. And since getting behind the wheel of the green lux hes proven his worth a few times with podiums in legends class all season. This team may just be the silent achievers and sneak their way up through the pack! 20.01.2022 EVENT POSTPONED Due to the Australian Governments imposed gathering ban, it is with great disappointment that we announce the Racetech Steel Round 1, 2020 at Cooma, has been postponed. We have a responsibility to the community, our competitors, officials, volunteers and spectators alike, to ensure that we as an event, dont add to this rapidly increasing crisis until a time in which more is known.... A full refund will be offered to all paid entries and spectator tickets. Please give us time to contact you to arrange this. 20.01.2022 Some tech Tuesday for anyone that wasn’t aware. You’ve heard us refer to a round each year known as Supercrawl. Supercrawl Rock Crawling World Championship is an international rock crawling series at which a world finals event is held, and a world champion is crowned! We’ve had a few American competitors grace our tracks over the years, but last year our very own Matty Bond from Queensland was invited to go over to America and compete against the best of the best in the world championship! 15.01.2022 Rock crawling is not just for the boys!! Our season opener supercrawl, currently has 3 lady drivers nominated in 3 different classes to take on the tracks and the boys. This event is proudly brought to you by Racetech Steel Pictured here is possibly our youngest female competitor yet. Maddison only just recently celebrated her 19th birthday, but shes shown us the composure and confidence of a seasoned competitor. Maddison and Wildstyle Racing will be back competing in the... Rampt Customs Legends Class at supercrawl, 18-19th of April. We cant make a ladies post without mentioning our female contenders currently nominated. Rosie from Buggylife racing, and Jordan from Abuse motorsports. Its awesome to see the girls out playing on the rocks and we both welcome and encourage the ladies to jump in the hot seat and have a go! The Yuri buggy (aka, the coffin) has been around for quite some time now and still proves to be an extremely capable vehicle against other newer cars. 11.01.2022 Evening all, The URS Rock Farm Challenge is only days away, so pack up the kids, car and head on down to Cooma for a great weekend of 4x4 action. This event is proudly brought to you by Racetech Steel and the Brindabella Ranges 4WD Club Just a few details below re getting to the event... Online ticket sales have now ended so they will be available at the gate only from this point forward. (CASH ONLY) Directions : A: Set Google maps for Dromore Road, Chakola, NSW 2630 If coming from anywhere north of the Canberra area... 1. The Rock Farm is located approximately 1 hour south of Canberra 2. Approximately 37kms south is the township of Michelago, providing the last fuel stop. 3. Continue south on the Monaro Hwy B23 to Bredbo N.S.W. You will pass the pub on your right. 4. Continue south on the Monaro Hwy B23 for 16.6kms.Turn right onto Dromore Road (beware this is a sharp turn over a busy highway road onto dirt). 5. Continue west on Dromore Road about 900m to a cattle grid, cross this and follow the road around to the right, crossing the river. After crossing the river, follow the track immediately to the left. There may be cattle on the track so please drive with care. 6. You will come to a second cattle grid, cross this and proceed to the next set of double gates. 7. Proceed through the next two paddocks where you will see the admin tent. See you all there.

11.01.2022 It has been a long time since we have all come together! Could everyone tag at least one driver, one navi, and one spectator and say hello??

10.01.2022 Boys will never out grow their toys! Their toys just get bigger with them! Warren (affectionately known as Wazza) is an absolute shining example of your never too old to keep doing what you love! At the ripe young age of 66, wazz is not only still competing on the tracks, hes also known to dominate them! No stranger to podium finishes and insane drives, this bloke just flat out knows how to drive, and hes not scared to do it either! And we cant leave out Keith from this p...ost either. Keith (65) whos still running around in front of Waz being that extra pair of eyes and throwing rocks in where he can. These guys are not only some of friendliest blokes youll see on our tracks, but also some of the sharpest competitors as well! Team Short Shorts Racing will be taking on Promod class and no doubt, showing them young whipper snappers a thing or two! With a brand new transfer case upgrade were sure Waz is keen and eager to get out on the tracks! What is Promod class? Promod is the little brother of Unlimited , except this little brother is mean and packs a punch! Promod vehicles must comply to class rules, but you will see these guys attempting very similar gates to the Unlimited teams. But they must do so without rear steer, 40 tire limit, a certain amount of body profile (must resemble a car of some sort) must have certain amount frame and must have 2 seats. Some might say this class is the most challenging due to the terrain and courses they are attempting, with the limitations placed on the vehicles. Regardless, this class in known for some spectacular rolls, amazing drives, and fierce competition! April 18-19 at the Rock Farm near Cooma is where you can see these amazing vehicles tackle some crazy terrain. 09.01.2022 The unlimited class this coming round is set to be huge!! Currently 14 entries in so far, weve seen a few new comers, but a heap more that have either stepped up in class, or have also stepped into a new car! Always broke motorsports are no stranger to our coureses, having competed in both legends class and trail buggy numerous times, Brad has retired the old silver dual cab hilux and purchased himself one nicely built single seat buggy! The boys have been hard at work chuc...king in some time in the shed to make it their own, as well as some wicked upgrades like a beefy atlas transfer and some fresh, super soft 42 treps! The guys are eager to get onto the rocks and really see what their new rig can do! So, what is Unlimited Class you ask? Well the name itself gives away quite a lot. This is our top class where besides safety equipment and structural safety of the cage/frame, its an anything goes kind of vehicle. This is where you will see massive sticky tires, single seater buggys that are built to be as small as possible, rear steer, super strong portaled diffs, rear mounted motors, crazy suspension, cars that you can almost see 360 view of almost everything from the drivers seat, basically however and whatever you want to build! These cars and their drivers are the ones you see attempting lines that dont even seem to be drive able and almost make it look easy! If you like watching super technical driving then this class has your name all over it! April 18-19 at the Rock Farm near Cooma is where you can see these amazing vehicles tackle some crazy terrain. 05.01.2022 Evening all, Well 2020 is soon approaching so we thought we better lock our dates away now, so you all have time to plan accordingly Round 1 18th -19th April the Rock Farm Cooma Round 2 18th -19th July Round 3 11th -13th September at Eastern Creek... 2 car, will be end Oct. We are also looking at the possibilities of adding in a 4th round and will advise once we have further details regarding this. 05.01.2022 Good afternoon rock fans! The start of the Australian crawling season is now a touch under 2 months away with round 1 Supercrawl set to have a massive field of competitors! So lets take a closer look at our classes and give you guys at home a quick run down! Starting off we have the Rampt Customs Legends Class! Rampt came on last year as class sponsor putting up extra prize money for our Legends Class entries, and they are back again this year helping top up the kitty for... class. So for those of you wondering, what is Legends Class, or, how could I compete? Simple! This is our entry level class, with only safety requirements for the vehicle. A safe structural roll cage, harnesses, killswitch, fire extinguishers, helmets, and a fire suit for the driver being compulsory. As for modifications to your vehicle, you are more then welcome to enter a stock patrol, land cruiser, hilux etc if your game enough. But, being the entry level class we obviously do need to draw the line somewhere with modifications so there is rules that govern entry to the class. The point scoring format is the same as our other 3 classes. You have a start gate and a finish gate. And 5 progressional gates that must be driven in order and the direction intended. Each class does have specific courses set by our marshalls. Lowest score at the end of weekend wins! But just because this is our entry level class, doesnt mean the competition is easy! Weve seen many of rounds where our top 3 places were only separated by the difference of one cone touch! Legends Class, like all other classes is also competing for series champion! At the end of our final round the top 3 from the whole series will be crowned for ultimate rock crawling glory! If you enjoy watching technical driving and seeing near full bodied rigs tackle some insane courses, then book the weekend off with the boss, or bring her and the kids along with on the 18-19th of April at the rock farm near Cooma. If your thinking of driving this event then start dusting off that rig and begin prepping!
