We have fresh stock of My Muscle Chef meals so you can stock up and even freeze for over the Christmas break.Be quick though they will sell fast. No classes this week but use of the facility is avail. This may be revised later today and we may be forced to close due to COVID imposed restrictions but we will keep... you posted!
