25.01.2022 Hey Warriors, The news from our Victorian Government has landed yet again! If you missed it, it has been announced that we will be going back into stage 3 of lockdown.... This unfortunately means that after Wednesday 8th July, we will no longer be able to have clients at our facility. The classes that we have scheduled in for tomorrow (Wednesday 8th July) will go ahead as per the app, as the lockdown does not come into effect until midnight tomorrow. Stay tuned for more information on our new virtual class timetable which has continued since March 2020! We are thinking of you all!

19.01.2022 Hello UYMW hope everyone has had a TERRIFIC Tuesday morning. We'd like to inform you of our current booking process: 1. If you have booked into a session and can no longer attend, please kindly CANCEL your booking through the app at your earliest convenience.... This will allow the next attendee on the Waitlist to join the session. We have placed a 1 hour limit before the session, at which your booking can be cancelled eg. Can cancel by 5.15pm for the 6.15pm class. This will ensure that the next attendee has ample time to make their way to the facility. 2. If you are next on the Waitlist and a spot has become available, you will receive an SMS notification. We ask that you please respond Y or N to confirm your attendance (again, as soon as you are able to do so). If ‘N’ then the next attendee on the Waitlist will be notified in the same way. 3. If the cancellation is not within the timeframe (eg. no-show, within 1 hr or less of the session starting, we will invite those who are already at the facility doing weight training to join). 4. Please do continue to let us know of the class demand by joining the Waitlist. We will review the trend over the week/s and do our very best with arranging for additional classes, with the limited staffing that we have at this time. 17.01.2022 2021 Educational Upgrade is on its way.... so pumped!!!! Hey there fit fam I am so excited to share this with you. Ultimate You has done amazing things for our bodies, mindset and mental health, and it’s the education that has provided us all with the tools we needed for lasting transformation. Anyone can do our challenges and lose the weight, but learning more about exercise and nutrition has been key in empowering us to adapt our programs to our ever changing goals, ne...eds and circumstances. The same with mindset - it’s easy to stay motivated when we make working out so much fun in our supportive environment - but the real transformation that kept us thriving through lockdown lies in the tools we learnt on the journey. I am so thrilled to share with you our new head of education at Ultimate You - Ryan Gambin. We are going to learn soooo much next year!!!! Together we are better and with such amazing mentors developing new content for us to learn and share, we will be more than well equipped to take our health and fitness journey further than ever! There are some rules which we need to follow to make sure we are all acting in a COVID safe manner and enjoying working out at the same time.... 1. No mask no entry. You may remove when the class starts 2. No booking No entry 3. No Towel No Train (large towel please) 4. Bring a water bottle 5. Keep 1.5m distance at all times 6. Clean equipment after use 7. Stay home if you feel unwell 8. Your temperature will be checked upon entry 9. If you see a breach in the facility, let a staff member know 10. 04.01.2022 SO you’re just not into online exercise programs.we will let you in on a little secret. None of us were at the start of this year! Afterall, why would we go to the inconvenience of driving to the gym to workout if we could get the same level of motivation at home right? But here is what we found after the first lockdown. Those of us who persevered with the online classes had fewer COVID Kilos to lose when we returned to the gym. We were fitter, recovered quicker and had ma...intained more muscle mass than our friends who elected to go solo or take a break from working out. Our mental health was generally much better as we had routines and regular interaction with each other. And to be totally honest, while we absolutely loved being back at the gym, there was a part of us that missed the online classes the new friends we had made, the great trainers from other facilities and the convenience of a nice hot shower straight after class. With the second lockdown we introduced online zoom classes and a whole new level of motivation and accountability that saw us not just maintaining our fitness levels but improving them. 9 in 6 challengers continued to lose weight, new personal bests were reached. Together we continued to grow stronger, and our mental health has stayed stronger too. So many people have been stuck in a wait and see mode. They’ve put their health and fitness on hold initially for 2 weeks, then for 2 months, now for 6 months and still they are waiting and hoping for things to go back to normal. This hasn’t just hurt them physically, but affected them mentally as well with anxiety, depression and worse ensuing. Online workouts are still heaps better than no workouts!. There are only 3 months left in 2020 and we can honestly say we are emerging from this year fitter and stronger than ever before. This is the one area of our lives where we have complete control of our results and knowing we rose above the circumstances and kicked ass this year is such an awesome feeling. You still have 3 months to turn things around for 2020. Stop waiting for the government to decide when you can come back to the gym, and start preparing yourself for your return. You may not be an online workout person, but you sure as hell aren’t someone who throws away a year of your life either. Its not too late to get back on track. Decide who you need to be to do the things you need to do so you can get the results that you want to achieve. Then go for it! we’ll be right there cheering you on!
