24.01.2022 Dear UY Tullamarine Family :) Welcome back and happy 2021! We are so excited to have you back on the green. Whilst there are still some restrictions in place in Victoria, we want to make sure we are all practising safe hygiene and being mindful of one another whilst we use the gym.... Always bring a towel with you and don't forget to keep a mask on you at all times! Our opening hours as of 11th Jan 2021 are: Monday to Friday - 5:00am to 8:30am / 4.30pm to 8.30pm Saturday - 7:00am to 10:00am For this week, we are open during class times only so please check our UY app for the class bookings and book yourself in for a workout! Please always book into a class or a spot on the weights floor using your app or our website to avoid any disappointment :D We look forward to seeing you all return to the green and smash your goals for the year

06.01.2022 Hey Warriors After a long few months and some unexpected delays due to COVID, we are pleased to announce that The Ultimate You TV Show is well and truly back on track. With restrictions easing more and more we are gearing up to start filming very soon and we are more than excited about it.... With that being said, have we got some amazing news for you! We are delighted to announce that one of our Super Coaches for our first season is going to be none other than UFC Middle Weight Champion Robert Whittaker!!! It is an absolute honour to be bringing on such an incredible coach to Team UY! Rob has been competing professionally in MMA since 2008 when he was just 18 years old and then went on to make his debut with Australia Xtreme Fighting Championship in 2009. From there he went from strength to strength and moved to middleweight where he then became undisputed UFC Middleweight Champion in 2017. He has achieved all of this at the same time as raising a young family and also working in his community to inspire the younger generation to take up combat sports by being a good role model. All of this has acquired Rob a huge following as an inspirational figure, with over 900k followers on Instagram. With a relentless work ethic and a no BS attitude he will surely be an EPIC Super Coach! 2021 is going to be our best year yet!!! PS. Prime Franchise regions are available now for 2021!
