02.01.2022 Tomorrow’s the day we have all been waiting for. After being closed pretty much since March (apart from two weeks in June/July) we are finally back open. Back into 57 hour work weeks, back into training at the gym with heavier weights and machines. I lovveeee my home gym more than I thought I’d ever would, but just give me some of the machines now please Please remember to be kind to all gym workers tomorrow and going forward.. we have had a tough few days & weeks getting the gym ready and Covid safe for you all.
