This will be used by people to try and scare you into only having your vehicle serviced by them. "The only sure way to guarantee that you won't have counterfeit parts fitted." This statement is NOT TRUE! All parts used and supplied by ULTRA TUNE carry a minimum 12 month or 20,000km manufacturer’s warranty (whichever comes first). This warranty is the same as genuine parts and i...n some cases exceeds it. Did you know that a lot of parts used by reputable non dealer repairers are made by the same manufacturers as the genuine parts. The only difference is that they are in a generic box without the manufacturers name imprint and mark up. All parts our centres use are purchased from reputable companies with whom we have long standing relationships with (including where required - manufacturers dealerships). We know and have tried the quality of the parts they supply, over many, many years, since 1979. The fact is there are a lot counterfeit parts available, in the market place, it is rightly of concern. 04.01.2022 Yes, we ARE open as usual!! As an essential service we will be open for services and repairs as normal. If anyone has any concerns regarding the virus, please do not hesitate to discuss it with us. We are doing everything necessary to prevent transmission of the virus, including sanitising keys, steering wheels, door handles etc, before and after the service /repair.
