04.01.2022 ~~~Ultravox Choir is asking you: WHAT IS HAPPENING IN MELB/AUST/THE WORLD THAT MATTERS MOST TO YOU RIGHT NOW, THAT YOU WANT STAND UP AGAINST AND ADD YOU VOICE TO?~~~ These photos are a throw back to late last year when Ultravox Choir took to the streets for our first ever flash mob, popping-up through Melbourne's CBD and the City of Yarra, in public places women frequently report being intimidated, harassed, followed or assaulted by men. Why??? >>> To draw attention to the gr...owing rates of gender based violence in Australia and to claim space to say WE ALL DESERVE TO LIVE A LIFE FREE OF VIOLENCE. Jump to now, Feb 2020... Ultravox is back in action every Friday 4:30pm-6pm until the end of March. In that time we are preparing our repertoire for more singing protests and we want to hear from you! You involvement could be weekly, or more casually... we are pretty flexible right now as we work out the best model to run this new project :) So, come and have you say and hit us up if you have any questions about getting involved.
