Do the behaviours, tasks, processes that will lead to the change. To the the that you want. Many of us get caught up in where we are in relation to our desired ...on any given day the outcome we desire seems impossible, the idea of the time required to get there deflates us, or our trust in the process waivers due to us being impatient!! The ONLY way to get the desired outcome you want... is to do the process, and never give up. In my opinion youre only going to stick to the process if its truly what you want, if you understand its and you 100% believe in it! Find a mentor, coach, trainer, psychologist, doctor, nutritionist that you TRUST. One that you LIKE. One that you WANT TO LEARN FROM. , , . See more
23.01.2022 I would do anything to feel this healthy and vibrant right now! Even though on this day I wasnt highly motivated to train, I did it anyway, and I was super happy with my squat sets. You never regret a session, particularly when youre only excuses are I cant be bothered or I dont feel like it. . The best way to get around these D grade excuses is: Book in and prepay for a class or pt session. If youve already invested and someone is waiting for you to show up, ...youre much more likely to go. Train with a friend, or at least meet a friend at the gym at a time and do your own seperate sessions. Have an accountability partner - someone that you share your goals with and you check in with each week. Find something you ENJOY doing!! Stop trying to make yourself train in a way that you dont enjoy. It will never last! Try something new! If youre getting bored or lacking desire to do your current training.. Change it up.. try a new sport, a new class, get a new program...make it more exciting for yourself! ? Share below See more

I see A LOT of half push ups, floor humping, and ego reps going on out there... maybe its time to strip it back and work on some control through the whole range of motion... . WHY??? ... . Because we all want progress from our workouts dont we? Whether that be strength gains or seeking shape and tone in our body.. form and execution are imperative to progress. . It may be a surprise to some of you, but you have to learn to bend your elbows to 90 degrees! . I love eccentrics (focusing on the lowering aspect of the push up) and I also love this eccentric hold to help development core stability and alignment in the depth of a push up! . EVERYONE is to bring a CLEAN towel to training sessions.. For sanitary precautions I will be asking everyone to wash their hands (and dry with their own clean towel) before commencing their session. If you are to touch your face With your hands during your session you will kindly be asked to wash your hands. And at the end of your session I will also have you thoroughly wash your hands again. : This week: Tuesday + Thursday night and Friday morning will be ran from Anzac Park. Normal times. & : For those who fit into the categories above, it is up to you if you would like to remain training. I certainly wont stop you, but I understand and respect your boundaries. None of these products are bad and none of them are going to be superheros... it really does depend on what youre trying to achieve... . But, if youre looking to preserve lean muscle, get stronger or faster, fitter or more toned, keep muscle mass as you age.. then PROTEIN is a necessity. .... Whether you want to look like me, have the same body weight as me, be the same strength as me, or the same fitness (which, may I add 99% of you make up in your own head.. you have no solid evidence of any of those variables about me!) . If you ate and trained exactly the same as me youre still not going to get the exact same result..it could be worse or better..but it wont be exactly the same. We could look exactly the same but weigh different amountswould that make one of us better / more successful than the other? One of us could get stronger quicker from the exact same training program..does that mean one of us didnt try as hard?? NO!! . . Find the pathway and pace that makes you feel best. And / . You are not a more superior / inferior human for your weight, your size, your strength, your fitness. Nor are you for the rate at which you improve, or if you take a few steps backwards. No one will stand up at your funeral and say If only Carly could have lost that 5kg, or completed those extra push ups Find pathway, and . Focus on your progress, on your happiness, on How. You. Feel. Create the lifestyle and chase down the goals that you would still run after if no one else could see you, if you had no judgement, if you didnt compare. 20.01.2022 GET YOUR ASS WORKING... . Glute Bridges have become very popular with the growing popularity of the bubble butt... and gosh I see some terribly executed examples on the interweb! . If youre doing glute bridges and your butt isnt burning by the end of 10-20 reps.. I guarantee youre posture / technique is not correct (see my reaction at the end of this video!)... . Whilst doing glute bridges is NOT going to grow you a Kardashian butt, this exercise is great in a warm up / activation role or in rehabilitation. . Many of us have posture that has begun to influence which muscles our body uses to stabilise movements. In a very broad sense we tend to be recruiting less of our deep abdominals and glutes and more of our back and hip flexors. These postures have a flow on effect to other muscles / movement patterns which may lead to pain, tension and reoccurring injury. . If youre looking for a reason to train your ass. Let it be for better posture, alignment and reduced risk of injury. Because not having to complain about pain constantly is much more attractive that any shaped ass to me! . 15.01.2022 This is just a quick workout that I did Tuesday night after returning from Bali that morning and getting straight back into work. I literally just wanted to open my hips and chest up, activate my glutes, and upper back and continue to target some weaknesses of mine. A quick 3 Supersets and I was home to prep food for the week..... - A1. Bulgarian Split Squat x 12ea leg A2. TRX Row - B1. Single leg Glute Bridge B2. DB Bench Press - C1. Heels raised Squats 5/1/1/0 x 12 C2. Tricep Push downs x12 You dont have to do a huge gym session or set PRs every single time you walk into the gym. Sometimes its just necessary to move your body, stay on track with your training frequency goals and feel good about making the effort!

But I gave it a go in this favourite recipe of mine... maybe you have enough in your life already, or prefer different vegetables.. each to their own, you can sub in/out any veg you want! Not a Vegetarian? Doesnt matter! This recipe is delicious! ... Vegetables Fibre Tasty as I serve this recipe on Lentil Pasta... pasta made from Lentil Flour.. found in the normal pasta area of your local Coles or Woolies.. its a personal preference for me just to keep the protein content of the meal as high as I can sans meat. If your diet already contains plenty of protein across the day you can easily enjoy this deliciousness on the run of the mill penne, spirals, spaghetti or fettuccine. You do you. And dont forget lashings Parmesan, because what is life without cheese! (To those who are lactose intolerant.. Im sorry.
