25.01.2022 I used to spend lots of time actively seeking clients on Facebook groups... I sent endless emails and trawled LinkedIn searching for connections. ...But searching for clients this way impacted my cashflow and my time...... ...Sometimes my projects were even delayed because I had to spend so much time getting people across the line... ...I didn’t want to advertise or convince people to come on board I’d been around long enough to think that I should be recognised, we got great results after all. But the truth was >>> My marketing systems didn’t work. And I thought to myself, is it always going to be like this? Working hard long hours despite all my years of experience and getting great results. I needed a way to get people coming to me, instead of reaching out all the time. So my team and I went searching for a way to improve Turns out the solution was right in front of us. It was so simple, yet not obvious. >>> Here are the 3 transformations that changed everything 1 We found a way to use LinkedIn to build a database of people we would love to work with. 2 We targeted those people with a custom Facebook ad and invited them to join a Facebook group. 3 In that group, we nurtured our community and helped them solve big problems. By the time we showed them an offer, we’d already built so much trust that multiple people put their hands up to come onboard. More and more people were messaging us, wanting to work together. >>> Our marketing was finally working! Having a marketing system that works is more important than ever. Uncertainty is sky high at the moment and people need to see you’re still making wins and helping people. If you keep needing to spend time searching for clients online without a strategy, you won't build the legacy you know you’re capable of. BUT if you know you can get results despite everything going on ...I have good news I’m giving away a FREE training on the exact 3 steps we took to get 38 leads in less than 24 hours. It shows you exactly what you need to do, wherever you are in your online journey, to get ahead and get trusting clients coming to you. So you can focus on building your legacy and giving back to the community. Comment 'LinkedIn' to get the Free Training now

18.01.2022 How do you come up with content ideas? How do you stay consistent? How do you keep up with the whirlwind and still find time to create content?... I’m going to let you in on a secret We used to struggle when it came to consistent content creation. We used to go through periods of posting, then not posting... sometimes we event went months with zero content being put to our poor audience. > We were ‘too busy’ > We had other priorities > It was always the last thing on the list > It too time consuming That’s until we realised ...our lack of content creation was stunting the growth of our business. So instead of sulking and resenting the time we needed to put into content we created a system. A system that would ensure we had a never ending stream of content, without needing to spend hours racking our brains for content ideas. >>> Want to know how the system works? Simple. 1 We solve big problems for our clients every single day. So instead of coming up with new ideas for content, we just talk about the problems that we solve for our clients daily. Obviously we don’t name names-- but if your clients are experiencing a problem, so will your prospects. And if you can solve that problem for them through content-- they’ll feel that you understand them, see you understand them and you’ll build a lot of online trust. 2 Don’t come up with a separate content strategies for different platforms. Instead-- talk about the same topic across all your different social media platforms. We use the same content topics across multiple platforms. I’ve already done a video talking about this exact topic this week. Now I'm turning it into a text post. Next week I’ll write up an email that also addresses this exact same issue. Use the same topic across multiple different platforms and you’ll half the time spent coming up with content topics 3 Lastly, don’t be afraid to make mistakes. It’s very easy to overthink content creation. Your content doesn’t ALWAYS need to be polished or perfect. People just need to see you and know you’re there. Because at the end of the day, people connect with people, no matter your industry. So don’t be afraid to publish content, even if it’s not perfect. Once we took the stress and pressure from content creation-- marketing became easy. As our mentor told us-- --Make it a habit. Consume then create. Hit publish. I can’t make it through 1 phone call without having an idea for something to write or make a video about.-- It doesn’t have to be difficult. If you’d like a more detailed breakdown of this system, drop a gif below and we’ll be in touch

13.01.2022 I know how it feels to want to keep your professional business relationships ‘purely professional’. As a 20-something business woman who barely scrapes 5 foot-- I know what it feels like to not be taken seriously. And I used to think that if I put on the ‘serious businesswoman facade’ that would solve the problem. ... I used to be intimidated by bigger, more successful business owners and was hesitant to reach out in case they thought I was too small or stupid. I thought in order to impress them I needed to wear a mask and play the facade of ‘Business Renee’. And for a while it worked But only for a short time. What I found was the facade has serious limits. The facade meant that I wasn’t staying true to my character. It meant that I was coming from a place of insecurity rather than love. It meant that I was only really showing a fraction of my complex personality in my business relationships. I was dulling my light for fear of being seen. And I thought that was a good thing. Until I became exhausted putting up the front. Eventually I found that I needed to show up exactly as I am-- in business, at home and with everyone around me. And boy was that scary! That vulnerability everyone’s talking about, phew! It can get your heart beating in your chest. But here’s what I found when I started showing up in my business conversations just ‘Renee’. 1 People responded to me with MORE respect than ever 2 My business relationships become closer and grew exponentially 3 I built more trust online than I ever imagined possible After some time, the fear of being ‘revealed’ or ‘found out’ slowly started to melt away. Now I’m free to show up in business every day as I am. And boy does that feel good! I won’t pretend the facade is gone forever, but this is a little reminder that people connect with people. And no matter where you’re at in life, people (business owners included) just want to connect with the real you. So if you’ve got a dream or you’re building a legacy, drop an emoji below and I’ll invite you to our special group of game changers. I hope you find value there-- not only in terms of business and marketing tools, but also in terms of just being yourself. See you there!

08.01.2022 Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the Umbrella 90 Family!

08.01.2022 Why we haven't made that video yet... We don’t know where to start. ... We don’t know where to film ... We don’t know what camera to use ... ... We don’t know what we should be talking about. And under the never ending to-do list Video often gets pushed to the side and stays in the ‘nice to have’ pile. But I want to share a story We had a wonderful client who was in this exact situation. A million and one things to do. Managing a team and kids at home. Right in the middle of the world's longest lockdown. She was struggling to make the videos. But you know what happened when she bit the bullet and just decided to do a Facebook Live? > Someone commented on the very first video she did and asked for some help. > On the forth Live, another person dm’d her asking for an appraisal... In days, 2 new prospects reached out all because she pulled out her phone and did a couple of 2 minute Facebook Lives. So if you’re procrastinating on jumping on Facebook Live or creating video We're here to help. Here's how to start... 1 Take a deep breath. This video is for YOUR CLIENTS! You have the answer to their problems. Think about them when you’re making the video. 2 Think of a question one of your clients asked this week. In the video, describe the problem and the solution and end by asking people to comment below if they’d like more info. 3 Count down 5,4,3,2,1... pull out your phone, jump on Facebook and hit Live! You can do this! If you’d like extra help navigating the world of video check out the free group - Nail Your Sales with Video Marketing See you there!

07.01.2022 Interview with Rob Flux Property Developer, Educator, Mentor & Public Speaker on all things property and property development. Rob takes an active approach to property by forcing value onto property through the property development process, rather than simply waiting for the market to do the heavy lifting for him.... Having achieved his own financial freedom through property development, Rob now spends much of his time giving back to others through education and mentoring programs through his company Developer Network Pty Ltd, where he works with his clients to assist them in doing projects of their own by showing them the ropes along the way. Rob has set a personal goal of setting 1000+ people financially free by the year 2030 and is well on the way to achieving this goal with 30+ members of his community already in the exclusive Financial Freedom Club and many more on the way. To be a member of this elite group you need to derive your income through Property or Property Development & also give back to the community through assisting others to also break free of the Rat Race.
