Are you perhaps feeling like others are taking advanta...ge of your kindness and it doesn't matter how much you give, you're never appreciated? This week Nat will be guiding you through two simple meditation practices to help with these unpleasant feelings. The first will be Leaves on a Stream followed by a Loving Kindness meditation. So give yourself some me-time and join us for a 30-minute guided meditation followed by your chance to ask Nat any questions on meditation or around your emotional wellbeing and how that may be affecting your physical health or other aspects of your life. If you attend the Monday morning yoga class with Carolyn you are welcome to stay for the 30 minute meditation and then either head off to continue with your day or stay on for the wellbeing chat.
