07.01.2022 Jim has put a lot of hard work into reaching his goal weight. In 4 weeks he lost just shy of 5kg which was made up of 900g of visceral fat and 3.5kg of subcutaneous fat, equalling to 3.5% body fat drop. We’ve been tracking his progress using body scans and he’s been using My Fitness Pal to track his nutrition to stay in a calorie deficit. He rides or runs almost everyday and hits the gym every week!... We showed Jim some tips on how to make My Fitness Pal even easier to use by using the recipes and meals feature. He said he’s spewing he didn’t do a scan at the very beginning of his shred cause the difference would have been even more incredible! Progress progress progress! So happy for him

04.01.2022 Meet Joel! Ig: @_joelhubbard22_ You’ll typically see this 17yr old at the gym at 530am. Joel is soon to start a diesel apprenticeship and just got his P’s! We want to wish Joel all the best today at the Northern beaches open in floorball! Send him some good luck messages below ... Floorball is Joels hockey sport and he has played at the Australian open many times as well as smaller competitions throughout the years. He has been playing for 8 years and has gone from a junior, youth, senior youth, to now elite devison level player. His goal is to player for Australia in the next few years. He coaches the younger kids, is a referee and helps many members of the club every chance he gets. Joel started Archery 3 years ago and went from a little kid shooting cardboard boxes to now using a very powerful bow pulling around 70 pounds on a bow and can hit targets of many many metres. Joel came to Peak looking to get stronger and build more muscle for his sport. Being one of the younger guys in his division, it’s important for Joel to put focus into this area to compete at a high level. We asked Joel: What do you enjoy about coming to the gym? The gym means to me everything as a safe haven but also as a workshop to build my body to be stronger and more powerful. I love to help others, help the gym and I want to do amazing things! My mindset behind my training is lift-run-shoot-Power-endurance-focus-Discipline Joel is destined to achieve great things because he has so much drive and determination
