25.01.2022 First day of Feb! This month my FOCUS is on Family! I would love to photograph the love of family in all of the weird fun wacky ways it comes as. Laughter is ...so important! And just like family, it feels so much better to laugh and do life together. And for me as a photographer, I get the best images when I capture my clients mid laugh and this is one of me favourite things. To capture my subjects in the middle of one of the most beautiful expressions we have as human, is so humbling and awe-some! My sessions envoke laughter, relaxation and fun! So much that even MY CHEEKS get sore from smiling in awe and wonder during my sessions and hours after as I edit. I'd love to hear from your funny crazy fantastic family if you'd like to have a session this month. Is your family new and precious? This is for you! Is your family due for an updated photo? This is for you! Is your family tree documented visually? This is for you! Is your family celebrating a generational milestone this month? This is for you! Is your family creative and artistic? Thank you so much to everyone who voted for the 'PAY WHAT YOU CAN SESSIONS' I have renamed it now that I've had time to complete a structured plan. The first 'VALUE FOR VALUE' sessions for Devonport will be...... Friday 13th and Saturday 14th of MARCH @ the Bluff anywhere between the Lighthouse and Drift Cafe. Half hour session times and you receive 3 choice images and 3 photographer favourites a total of 6 images. $30 minimum is required upon booking to secure your session. I will be doing 10-14 sessions on this day. So be sure to get in quick! I will comment the available times shortly, please comment or message which time you'd like, which area and preferred payment method. 12.01.2022 Ok so I want to run an experiment but I need your help! How many awesome people would be interested if I hosted a 'Pay What You Can' Session.... Basically you pay what you can for a half hour session, between 10am and 6pm. You get to pick your favourite 3 images from your special online gallery and I'll pick 3 of my favourite images for you too, where you can download them right to your device. There will be a minimum amount (under $30) which I will create based on interest for these sessions to secure your session time. Open to portraits, family, maternity, Newborns, kids and couples. Even bring your doggo along to join in. These days will be a marathon so all sessions will be on location one after the other, I'd like to fill as much as possible. Sometimes it can be hard to finance a photography session even though you really want to update the family photos or capture that special moment. I'd like to offer a day in Burnie, Ulverstone and Devonport to those interested in supporting my business and my art while also getting the chance to have some fun memories made. Please vote for which area you are in so I can work towards planning a few dates in these areas. I'm really excited, this is an incredible chance to help me in my business while not breaking your bank. I can't wait to put this into motion. Covid season has been tough with the restrictions for me to be running my business, however it has been the perfect time for isolation WAIT I mean INCUBATAION!!! It is with a full excited heart that I share with you all that my Husband Zac and I are expecting a beautiful new life to welcome into our family. I share with you our lil pip who has been growing big and strong since January and will be arriving in roughly... 9 weeks Sep/Oct This is how we shared and celebrated this beautiful blessing. I was inspired to draw this image to represent the life growing with some amazing help from Benita Campbell of Daydream PhotogBenita CampbelltBenita Campbelle this experience for us but also her friend Michelle whom she invited to help paint this art piece onto my tum tum as I couldnt do it upside down myself .
